My
CD player is not working, what should I do?
Please make sure you have removed
the “SILVER” cardboard protector. This
cover is installed to protect the unit during shipping. The CD player will not
operate if this is not removed.Please make sure the disc is inserted with the label facing the user
Replace or clean the CD, The problem may be caused by fingerprints or dust on the disc. To clean the disc, make sure you wipe the disc in straight lines from the center to the edge. Do not use strong solvents such as alcohol, thinner, petrol or any commercially available cleaner or anti-static spray intended for older vinyl records. Please make sure CD audio disc are used, MP3 loaded to disc are not supported by this device
What
is the purpose of the reset button? 
Should the device act erratic or malfunction the reset button allows the user to return the player to original factory defaults to correct.
How
do I remove the base of the unit?
To remove the base of the
unit so it can be mounted on the wall you will need to push the base in the
direction of the arrows on the bottom of the unit next to the words
"Release". Using the floor as leverage, place the unit on a
carpeted floor face down and gently press in the direction of the floor.
It should snap off easily.
