A3. First make sure that the batteries are installed correctly and fully charged. If that does not work use a soft dry cloth to clean the disk and lens. If the problem still persists check to make sure the CD itself is not scratched.

Q5. What does the mode button do?
A5. The mode button gives you different playback options: repeat a track, repeat the entire CD, intro of each track or to play tracks in random order.
Q6. How do I program the tracks on my CD player?
A6.
1. Insert a CD and press the Play/Pause button to turn the product on.
2. Press the Prog Button and the program indicator will start blinking.
3. Press the Skip Up, Skip Down Buttons to adjust the track number.
4. Press the Prog Button to set the selected track number as the first programmed track. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all subsequent CD tracks.
5. Press the Play/Pause Button to begin playing the programmed CD tracks.
