Q1. I am listening to music but I can’t hear my voice. What do I do?

A2. Make sure that your MIC volume knobs are set to a comfortable level. Also make sure that your MIC power switch, located on the MIC itself, is turned ON.

Q2. Why doesn’t the screen come on?

A2. Make sure that you are in either CDG or AUX mode and then adjust the BRIGHT, CONTRAST, AND V-HOLD knobs, on the back of the unit, if needed.
