Why can’t I control the volume directly on my iPod?
When your iPod is docked into the speaker unit the volume
can only be control from the back of the speaker. If your iPod is connected through the Line In
then the volume can be controlled from the iPod itself as well the back of the
speak unit.
The light on the side of my speaker is starting to go out,
what can I do?
The light fading out means that your battery is getting weak
and needs to be replaced or use a AC/DC adapter (not included).
Is an iPod the only MP3 player that can be used with the speaker?
No, you can connect any MP3 player using a 3.5mm-3.5mm cable
(not included) but you will have to control the volume directly from your MP3
player.
