How do I sync music?
- Connect your MP3 player to your computer using your USB cable.
Switch your MP3 player to the MTP mode by pressing the power button
located on the top of your player. When the USB symbol disappears your
MP3 player is in the MTP mode. If you are using Windows Vista with
Windows Media Player 11, click on the Sync tab.
- Left click on the songs or entire albums from the center pane.
- Drag these songs or albums into the Sync List which is to the right.
- Click the Start Sync button at the bottom of the Sync List pane.
- Repeat steps 1-4 for any other music you want to copy to your MP3 player.

- Click the Start Sync button on the Sync List pane.
- Repeat steps 1-5 for any other items that you want to copy to your unit.

- Open your 'My Music' folder by again clicking on 'Start' and then
click on your 'My Music' folder. Choose an album or individual songs
from this folder. With both your 'My Music' and 'GPX MTP Device
Removable Storage' folder open. Drag an album or individual song from
your 'My Music' folder into your 'Removable Storage' folder.
How do I add videos or pictures to this MP3 player?
First, make sure your MP3 player is in the USB mode by pressing the
power button located on the top of your MP3 player. You will also need
to install the appropriate video software for your MP3 player. To
access the unit's software first, click on 'My Computer'. Two files
will appear 'Tools' and 'Removable Disk' double click on 'Tools' and
then click on the setup icon. Once the video software is installed
click on 'Start', click 'All Programs', click 'MP3 Players Utilities
4.19' follow the arrow to the right and choose 'AMV Converter'. Once
the 'AMV Converter' has loaded click the 'Input File' to select the
file of the video you want to transfer. Click on 'Output File' to
select a folder to save your video after transferring. Make sure the
'Copy AMV file to' box is checked with the appropriate drive in the box
below. Once this is completed click the 'Begin' button or the icon with
two arrows pointing in opposite direction.
Why does the memory read full and I have only added a few songs?
Try formatting your MP3 player to restore your available storage.
- Connect your MP3 player to your computer.
- Open ‘My Computer’ from your computer’s desktop.
- Double click on ‘GPX Audio Player’.
- Select and right mouse click on ‘Audio Player’ and select ‘Format…’.
- Click ‘OK’ on the Format WARNING window.
- Click ‘OK’ again on ‘Format Complete’ window.
How do I charge my MP3 player?
Connect your MP3 player to your USB cable which is then connected to
your computer while powered on. Allow the battery to initially charge
for 6-8 hours before using. Subsequent charging is dependent upon
usage. You can also recharge your battery by using an AC or DC Adaptor
to power the unit and save battery life.
Can I drag and drop from my music folder?
To drag and drop your music:
