How do I remove photos that are saved to the internal memory?

To delete all photos saved to the internal memory

Using the buttons located on top of the picture frame.

  1. Press the ESC button twice until the main menu appears.
  2. Use the arrow key to select the “Setup” function, and then press enter to select.
  3. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the bottom of the Setup menu, select “Format Built-in Memory”, and then press the enter button.
  4. Use the arrow key to select “Yes” and then press the Enter button

All Photos will be removed.

To delete only one photo saved to the internal memory

  1. Press the ESC button once to escape to the thumbnail view.
  2. Use the arrow keys to select a photo and press the Power/Menu button.
  3. Use the arrows to select “Delete file”, and press the Enter button to delete.

 

 

How to add files to the internal memory

 

  1. Insert SD media card or USB flash drive into ports.
  2. Pause a picture or select a picture from thumbnail view (press ESC once) using the arrow keys.
  3. Press the Power/Menu button to activate menu options
  4. Use the arrow key to select “Save Picture”, and then press the Enter button.

The picture will be saved to the internal memory.

*Please note: Memory size is limited on the internal memory, it may be best to use external storage such as a SD card or USB flash drive.

 

               How to change the Clock

Using the buttons located on top of the picture frame.

  1. Press the ESC button twice until the main menu appears.
  2. Use the arrow key to select the “Setup” function, and then press enter to select.
  3. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the bottom of the Setup menu, select Time/Date, press enter to select.
  4. Using the arrow buttons to navigate over categories of data and time. Press enter to select a category.
  5. Use the arrow key to adjust, and press enter again after each adjustment.
  6. Once Date and Time have been adjusted, highlight “Save Time” and press enter to save adjustments.

How do I rotate a picture from landscape to portrait ?

Press the play/pause button located on the rear of the frame; then press UP on the directional pad to adjust pictures orientation. Please note default view is landscape.

Why are my photos very slow to load?

Image files captured by today's camera digital camera can be very large. Since the resolution of the 7" photo frame is 480 x 234 the higher the resolution a pictures is, the more slowly it will load. Try using lower resolution pictures or down sampling your images. See your camera’s operating manual for details on down sampling your photos.

Why won't my photos load?

Please make sure your photo files are in a Jpeg format. Consult your digital camera's user manual to confirm what file type photos are saved in.
